Who we are
Tower Creative Communications is a nationally PRSSA affiliated, student-run firm at Belmont University. Our strategic communications agency was established in 2006 as a professional development initiative of Belmont’s chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA). Tower Creative gives emerging professionals the opportunity to sharpen their skills by working alongside real clients to research, plan, implement and evaluate solutions to actual communications needs.
Meet the Team
Josie Dummer
Managing Director
Josie is a Social Media Management major and a Sports Administration minor. She loves to be creative when it comes to creating content and collaborating with other people and ideas! Josie has been creating content for about 4 years and has enjoyed learning new ways to make ideas come to life.
Riley Belt
TCC Associate
Riley a senior Social Media Management major with a minor in Journalism. She loves to design and create, and Tower Creative has given her the opportunity to work and create content for clients. Riley also enjoys writing and painting. TCC has allowed her to work with amazing associates and gain professional experience!
Abby Greskovic
TCC Associate
Abby is a senior here at Belmont University. She is majoring in Social Media Management with a minor in Psychology. Abby is currently working in the social media realm as a Pinterest marketing strategist for several wedding professionals. She enjoys working with clients and building their audience and engagement!
Emma Jones
TCC Associate
Emma Jones is a freshman public relations major at Belmont. She have only been an associate for Tower Creative for half a semester, but has really enjoyed it so far. Emma has found it so fun to work together with people who have the same goal, but also different approaches and ideas.
Kaitlyn Mashburn
TCC Associate
Kaitlyn Mashburn current senior Corporate Communications Major, double minoring in Public Relations and Design Communications. She serves as the President role in Belmont’s chapters of Lambda Pi Eta and the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA). Kaitlyn has been involved with TCC for five semesters and enjoys the student atmosphere and creativity and design.
Jenna Urbon
TCC Associate
Jenna Urbon is a sophomore here at Belmont university. She’s majoring in Public Relations and minoring in Corporate Communication. She is a team player, and loves collaboration and communicating with others. This is Jenna’s first semester as an associate for Tower Creative. Though it’s her first year at Belmont, she has loved being a part of an agency that promotes growth and is super welcoming.
